Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Brossard (South Shore of Montreal)
Salary: 16$ / hrs
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a total of 37.5 hrs / week

We are currently looking for a bilingual customer service advisor who wants to work in Brossard and has experience in customer service, either face to face or on the phone.

It is a company specializing in the development and distribution of outdoor furniture and shelters, easy to access by public transport and by car (free parking). You will have to talk to the different customers who have questions about the products offered and their orders.

Your main responsibilities as a customer service advisor will be to:

• Respond to incoming calls / emails / e-chat from consumers with requests and questions about the products and services offered by the company
• Want to find solutions to all problems and act in a
• Take orders from customers and retailers
• Follow up on deliveries with the various departments internally
• Offer alternatives to customers to minimize lost sales, if any.
