Do you enjoy providing service and solutions to internal and external customers? Are you looking to work for and grow within a banking environment? Do you have previous customer service experience? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work within their mutual funds department in Downtown Toronto! This is a 5 month contract with potential to extend or go permanent and will expose you to different areas of the bank.

Pay: $18.36/hour

As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide assistance and customer service to external and internal customers by supporting the product and sales strategy of multiple business units
- First point of contact for customer transaction, product and/or process inquiries through email, fax telephone and workflow technology
- Outbound calls from/to advisers and dealer back offices
- Answering inquiries about account statuses, product information about mutual funds, products and insurance
- Conducting transactional calls
- Resolving escalations
- Ad hoc duties as requested
