Do you have previous customer service experience and are eager to apply your skills in a top 5 bank? Are you an outgoing individual and have professional phone etiquette? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a 6 month contract in Downtown Toronto with potential to become permanent.

Pay: $18.36/hour

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 7pm
Friday: 8:30am to 6pm (If you start at 8:30am you would finish at 5pm and if you start at 9am to 5:30pm and so on.)

As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Inbound calls (30-70 calls daily) and outbound calls from/to Advisers and dealer back offices.
- Inquiries would include but not limited to account status and product information about Mutual funds, term products and Insurance.
- Conduct transactional calls
- Handle escalations
- Adhoc tasks as required
