Do you have previous customer service experience and have worked in the financial sector? Are you a team player and are a quick learner? Our client, a multinational bank, is looking for a Customer Service representative for a 12 month contract in Vancouver!

Pay rate: $19.00/hr
Hours: MUST be available to work shift work 5 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Fri) (Hours can vary with multiple shifts)

As a customer service representative your main job duties will include:
- Provide operational and technical support
- Front line customer service by telephone
- Maintain superior customer service
- Promote an environment that supports diversity

Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with an ability to assist customers with minor technology processes with an online platform
- Financial Industry Experience
- Strong Communication Skills (French an asset but not required)
- Professional, Personable, Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Team player
- Ability to learner quickly, multi-task and operate new software and technology
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills

Nice to have:
- Bilingual in French and English
