Advantages
- Permanent full time position Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Summer Fridays finish at 12pm
- Benefits available upon completion of probationary period
- Salary depending on experience
- 2 weeks vacation (possibly of more depending on performance)
- Participation in social events
- Team oriented, creative, and innovative company
- Company phone and cellphone provided
- Opportunity for internal advancement within company, eventually can become a Director as our volume will double in 5 years
Responsibilities
- Order Entry into SAP
- Communication with Sales and Logistics team
- Sending documents to clients
- Keep customers updated on status of pending orders
- Deal with customer claims and resolution
- Tracking containers
- Samples
- Receive and transfer incoming calls + Reception duties
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years experience in customer service
- Logistics and international trade knowledge
- Attention to detail and capable of prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and French. Spanish/Chinese is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with SAP Business One (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
