Randstad is currently hiring for an immediate work from home opportunity for a call center company in the retail industry.

Contract position starting as of Wednesday October 28th 2020 until Sunday December 20th. 

What(Job title)?
- Customer Service Representative / Inbound Call Center Agent

Where?
- Work from home (Greater Montreal Area candidates only) 

When?
- Training starts on Wednesday October 28th 2020 

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Sunday 
3:30 PM to 11:30 PM 
4:30 PM to 12:30 AM 
(rotational shifts)

Pay rate: $14 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Inbound call support in a call center environment
- Responsible to enter and maintain the information in multiple computer systems
- Provide quick and accurate responses in accordance with the service standards set in place and responds to requests
- Offer a solution to the customers to best fulfill their requests
- Deliver the best customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a professional attitude
