    Our client in the engineering and manufacturing industry is looking for a superstar customer service representative to join their team in Brampton!

    Responsibilities
    - Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
    - Providing superior customer service
    - Order management and shipping coordination
    - Providing status updates between sales team, suppliers, and customers


    Qualifications
    - 2+ Customer service experience in an office setting
    - Tech savvy, learning applications with ease
    - Proficient in MS Office
    - Order management experience
