Salary 25.00 per hour
Location: Brampton, ON (Torbram rd and Clark blvd)

Responsibilities
- Respond to customers questions and inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with processing orders and other administrative duties as needed
- Implement a positive client centric experience
- Ensure the services are met on time for all customers (b2b)
- Coordinate with the warehouse department as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills (1-2 years of experience)
- Tech savviness is a must especially with MS Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attentive to detail
- Team player and is able to encourage the team to success
