    Customer Service in Burlington

    Do you come from experience as a Customer Service Representative and are looking for your next opportunity? If so, this is the opportunity for you!

    We are currently recruiting for a Customer service Representative in the Burlington area for a three month contract, with possibility to move to a permanent position.
    The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail with good communication skills. This is a contract opportunity with the ability to become permanent.

    Advantages
    - Hourly rate of $20.50
    - 3 months Contract, with possibility for Permanency
    - Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with one 30 minute lunch, and two 15 minute breaks
    - Fully in office

    Responsibilities
    • Management of incoming calls
    • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
    • Handling and resolve customer complaints
    • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service
    inquiries
    • Providing pricing and delivery information
    •Traversing ERP system
    • Corresponding with customers with regards to Estimated delivery times and updates

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma, and 2-3 years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications
    • Precious experience with internal systems
    • Experience with Customer Service principles and practices
    • Healthcare product knowledge is an asset
