Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm
Pay: $23.45/hour
Location: Vaughan (Steeles Ave E & Keele St)
Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day at home)
2 weeks vacation and sick days
Benefits after 3 months

Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from customers and some outbound calls
- Assisting customers with any updates they need to make to their account
- Creating new accounts for customers
- Dispatching technicians if customers are having any issues with their gas meter
- Working alongside the team to provide top-notch service
Qualifications
- 1 Year of call center experience is mandatory
- Gas experience is an asset
- Bilingual in French is an asset
- Great communication
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
