Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm
Pay: $22 - $25 / hour
Location: Concord (Keele St & Rutherford Rd)

Responsibilities
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls, along with emails
- Process orders/credits for all customers and clients
- Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers for miscellaneous customers.
- Resolve customer complaints/inquires via phone, email, mail
- Answer questions about the product
- Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Act as a back up to other customer service representatives
- Handle invoices filling
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- French is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible, easy-going, open to learning
