If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, one of Canada's largest insurance companies, is looking for Customer Service Representatives for their Halifax office.

As a customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Handling inquiries via phone and email
• Taking orders and addressing customer needs
• Providing customers with information requested on various insurance products and services

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills in a call centre environment (1-2 years)
