    Looking for a new customer service opportunity in the Lachine area in Montréal? Are you customer-oriented and a problem solver?     You will take part of this team by assisting clients with their order updates, by exceeding their expectations when answering inquiries and providing guidance, hand-in-hand with technical support. Communication and cooperation will be your daily values as a customer success representative.

    Salary: 20 to 21,50$ hourly
    Schedule: 8:00 to 16:30 or 9:00 to 17:30
    Work location: Lachine district office
    Job start date: August 29th

    Responsibilities
    In your functions, you will be responsible for the followings:

    Responding to calls and emails of the customers regarding their orders, their satisfaction and general questions about products.
    Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing valuable information and creating a memorable impression over the phone.
    Efficiently assist customers professionally and knowledgeably.
    Identify issues, plan strategically and build models to constantly improve practices in customer service.
    Log data and update client information.


    Qualifications
    In order to succeed in this position, here’s what you need:
    Fluently Bilingual French and English (spoken and written).
    Ability to identify solutions when confronted with technical problems.
    Handling of call volume, complaints and customer inquiries.
    Active listening, understanding client’s needs.
    Customer service experience with products is an asset.
