Qualifications
To qualify and obtain this contract as a customer service representative in Laval, you must have the following skills and qualities:
- Excellent sense of customer service
- Be perfectly bilingual (mostly English-speaking environment)
- Be very comfortable with computers & online payment platforms
- Be patient and courteous
- Have experience in a similar position (considerable asset)
