Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative are :
Customer support: Respond to calls, e-mails and requests from customers with garage door problems in a professional and courteous manner.
Problem solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, providing fast and effective solutions.
Complaints management: Handle customer complaints and claims with empathy and professionalism.
Order tracking: Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications to work as a Customer Service Representative are :
Fluent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to establish positive relationships with customers and handle interactions with courtesy and professionalism. YOU must be a dynamic person who enjoys talking to customers!
Problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly identify customer problems and propose effective solutions.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, keep track of customer files and meet deadlines.
At least two years' experience in customer service, in a call center environment would be considered a strong asset.
Computer skills: Proficiency in computer tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and requests.
