Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for a total of 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative will be:
- Answer incoming calls/emails/e-chats from consumers with requests and questions about products and services offered by the company
-Find solutions to any problems and act in a timely manner
- Take orders from customers and retailers
- Follow up on deliveries with the various internal departments
- Offer alternatives to customers in order to minimize sales losses, if necessary
-Create sales opportunities
Qualifications
The Permanent Customer Service Representative position seeks the following qualifications:
- Experience in customer service (phone or face to face) and enjoy finding solutions to customer problems
- Bilingualism essential (French/English)
- Comfortable with the Office suite and knowledge of SAP is a strong asset
- Be resourceful and proactive
