Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:
- Be THE resource person for the customer;
- Provide an excellent quality of service to customers, ensuring that their needs are understood and their requirements met;
- Handle customer requests from our website;
- Keep customer files up to date;
- Answer incoming calls;
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience;
- College diploma;
- Spoken and written languages: French and English (an asset); May be required to use English with customers.
