Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00 pm
Training hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18 / hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Milton, Ontario
Hybrid: After probation period 3 days in office

Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and email
- Handling inbound calls from customers and clients
- investigative calls - assisting in delivery scheduling and order issues
- Calls and emails are on a ticketing system
- Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring company standards are being met or exceeded
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- customer service experience is a must!
- call center experience is an asset
- strong typing skills
- Experience problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel required
- Must be able to work within a team environment
