Customer Service and Order Entry Representative in Mississauga!

We are looking for Customer Services Representatives for a permanent position in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have past experience in customer service, working with email and phone calls, project work, marketing, and also be a team player. Job Duties:
-Inputting quotes and sale information into excel and internal system
-Communicate regularly with transportation and carrier companies for shipments
-Follow up with client, transportation and teams about orders regularly
-Maintaining price-lists for products
-Support the sales team
-Communicate with all departments to ensure customer service and customer orders are top priority
-Maintain relationships with clients and ensuring satisfaction with service

Qualifications
-Must have experience working in a Customer Service/Order Entry position
-Experience in writing and marketing
-Experience with trade shows is a strong asset
-Must have working experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Experience working with ERP systems is a strong asset
-Must be very detailed and have a customer service driven attitude
-Must be a solid multitasker
