Our client, a global manufacturer and distributor in chemical and food ingredients is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at their Brampton/Mississauga office. The chosen candidate will be working with their team in Mississauga but also supporting various other locations. This is a 6 month contract position, with potential for extension and consideration for a permanent role. If you are looking for a role that allows for responsibility and wearing multiple hats and one that rewards innovation and hard work - this role is for you!

The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are...
- Coordinate sales support activities
- Provide excellent customer services to new and existing clients
- Manage inventory
- Provide quotes
- Input orders
- Manage and monitor invoices
- Follow up on overdue accounts and payments
- Data entry as required
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
Of the Customer Service Representative...
- Need to have at least 3 years of customer service or order management experience involving a great deal of coordination
- Experience with distribution / logistics base will be an asset
- The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, proactive, able to prioritize and needs to be adaptive
- Must have great communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be able to multi task
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Intermediate ERP Skills
