Are you a customer service professional looking for a new opportunity with an industry leader in machinery manufacturing?
Our client is looking for a diplomatic and professional customer service representative to join their team in Mississauga
The successful candidate must be comfortable working and training on-site in Mississauga, with the ability to go hybrid after successful training completion

Competitive pay:
$45-$52k - English only
$50-55k - Bilingual (French or Spanish)
Working hours:
10am-6:30pm (5:30pm on Friday's)
With the flexibility to work on some stat holidays

Responsibilities
- Entering orders using ERP and SAP
- Picking up inbound calls in the queue
- Providing superior customer care
- Informing customers of any changes to their orders
- Review product return requests and escalate as required
- Supporting outside sales team with entering and sending quotes to potential opportunities
- Handling high-volume email interactions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and results-oriented with critical thinking skills
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Experience in high-volume order management
- Excellent communication skills and work ethic
- Good diagnostic skills
- Experience with ERP and SAP is a must
- Bilingual French or Spanish is a strong asset
