    Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work for a well-known manufacturing company in their head office in the Mississauga area.

    This is a contract role with a strong potential of going permanent with lots of room for career growth and development. To find out more, please read below.

    Type: Contract to Hire (Strong potential to go permanent)
    Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8-5pm or 7-4 (Flexible, No evenings or Weekends!)
    Salary: $24
    Location: Mississauga (Derry & Argentia)
    Hyrbid working model
    Equipment provided
    Continuing Education Allowance

    Responsibilities
    - Taking inbound calls from customers
    - Setting up or adding new customers into CRM & SAP
    - Process quotes and verify orders using Automated Sales Order Process
    - Generate returns, resolve pricing and shipping discrepancies
    - Verify stock levels, work closely with all departments and offer support to sales team
    - Process complaints
    - Perform basic accounting tasks, generate statements, invoices, credits, and rebills when required
    - Provide top-notch customer service on every call

    Qualifications
    - Customer Service Call Center experience is a must
    - SAP is a MUST
    - MS Office Proficiency a MUST
    - Typing speed of 45 WPM or faster a MUST
    - Experience in distribution or pharmaceuticals an asset
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Process driven
    - Team player
