Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 7am - 11pm (Rotational, between 30h-48h per week)
Work from Home - work anywhere in Ontario!

Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- assisting with general inquiries
- updating customers accounts after each transaction
- Some outbound calls and emails
- Provide top-notch service on each call

Qualifications
- Technical and computer navigation skills
- quick learner
- customer service or call center experience is a must
