Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday regular business hours 8 am - 5 pm
Location: Mississauga (Argentia road and Derry road)
Pay: $22/ hour

Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls and emails from clients
- client relations
- Processing incoming orders in the system
- Updating customer's accounts after each transaction
- Providing product knowledge and assistance for customers' inquiries
- Dealing with large orders, ensuring everything is entered correctly
- Processes customer's payments and provides accurate pricing
- resolve escalations to ensure product and service satisfaction
- Order tracking
- Providing top-notch service in every interaction
Qualifications
- must have excellent telephone manners and client service skills
- the ability to work alongside a team
- Familiar with tracking and tracing is a plus
- familiar with the trucking industry is a plus
- strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- strong organizational skills
- Personable and friendly
- bilingual in French and English is a plus
