Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday regular business hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Mississauga (9th lin and Eglington)
Pay: $23/ hour

Responsibilities
- servicing clients via email, inbound and outbound calls as well as occasional walk-ins
- client relations
- Processing incoming orders in the system
- Updating customer's accounts after each transaction
- Providing product knowledge and assistance for customers' inquiries
- Dealing with large orders, upselling, and product selection
- Processes customer's payments and provides accurate pricing
- resolve escalations to ensure product and service satisfaction
- Providing top-notch service in every interaction
- warehouse support (should be able to lift 50lbs)
Qualifications
- must have excellent telephone manners, email etiquette, and client service skills
- the ability to work alongside a team
- familiar with Streamline is a plus
- familiar with the construction or restoration industry is a plus
- the ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Personable and friendly
