Hybrid model- 2 days a week in the office
Salary: 55k
Location: Mississauga (403 and Winston Churchill)

Responsibilities
-Taking inbound calls from clients/distributors
- Processing orders in the system
- Updating clients' profiles in the system
- Tracking and tracing orders
- Processing replacements or damaged products
- Order management from start to finish
- Taking roughly 30-50 calls a day
- Providing top notch customer service
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience/order management
- SAP experience is an asset
- Strong communication, professional, customer focused
- Team player, able to work under pressure and without being micro-managed
- Tech-savvy
