Position: Sales and customer service agent BILINGUAL
Salary : 19.50$/Hrs
Workplace : Montreal East
Schedule :
Monday to Friday (35h/week) from 9am to 5pm
Start date : As soon as possible
Training : 3 weeks in person, then according to the learning level of the agent telecommuting with 1 day per week mandatory in the office

Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position:
- Customer service experience 1-2 years
- Computer proficiency
- Focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (able to communicate fluently in English)
- Be able to travel to Montreal East
