Specialized in the food industry, the company in question is looking for a permanent customer service and sales representative. You will have to talk to different customers over the phone about their request and / or order and take care of their inquiries

Position: Customer service representative
Location: east of Montreal (Metro Frontenac)
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 5pm to 1am . for a total of 37.5hrs / week
Salary: 17 $/hrs

Here are some tasks you will have to do for this permanent position of customer service and sales representative located in eastern Montreal at Metro Frontenac:

-Perform telephone orders and enter data
-Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and offer them assistance
-Check customer complaints
- Carry out regular follow-ups with existing customers and provide quality service
-Replace most of the functions of internal representatives during absence or vacation
-Manage client files
-Complete reports and other related administrative tasks

- Full time (37.5 hrs / week)
- Day and week schedule
- Permanent position

- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in telephone customer service
- Be bilingual (English, French)
- Being able to get to the Frontenac Metro
- Want to work on the phone and in an office environment
