    Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
    Start date: As soon as possible
    Salary: $18.50/hour
    Location: Rosemont
    Hybrid work (3 days office, 2 days telework) except for training
    Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for a total of 37.5 hours/week
    Industry: Optical industry

    We are looking for a person with experience in customer service who is interested in working for a small team in an established company.
    We are looking for a profile that is focused on call quality and attention to detail.

    This is to answer inbound calls from optician customers who have questions about frames or glasses sent in. These are B2B customers, so you have to be very professional on the phone. No sales are included.

    Responsibilities
    Daily duties will include:

    - Responding in an efficient, professional and polite manner to all phone calls, emails and requests from representatives, customers and distributors
    - Reviewing sales programs with respect to terms and conditions for the entire group
    - Provide details of services offered by the company to external customers
    - Manage promotional offers offered by the marketing team
    - Have a perfect understanding of the company's standards, return and purchase policies
    - Be an exceptional customer service agent
    - Assist the chat team if they require assistance


    Qualifications
    Skills required:

    - Be perfectly bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
    - A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service position (telephone or face to face)
    or face to face)
    - Provide exceptional customer service
    - Willing to work in the east end of Montreal
