Salary: $21.45/hr
Position Type: Permanent full-time 37.5hrs/week

Responsibilities
Your daily routine will look like:
- Processes customer requests and follows up with appropriate departments according to established procedures.
- Explains purchase and eligibility requirements, and provides clear and concise information regarding coverage, claims process and contract administration.
- Promotes and promotes product and service features in all written communications with customers at the Customer Contact Center through various written communication channels
- Responds to customer complaints according to the process in place.
-Encourages and develops positive interdepartmental relationships to optimize customer service.
Qualifications
Qualifications needed for this position:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales (face to face or over the phone).
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written. (tests will be required)
- Ability to listen and empathize/compassion
- Good analytical skills and practical judgment
- Professional attitude and concern for quality of service
- Ability to work in a high volume environment
- Solution oriented
