A North American Fleet Management company located in Oakville is looking for three Customer Service Representatives to join their busy call center. This is a contract opportunity for 6 months and requires flexibility between the hours of 5:00 am to 1:00 am.

Who are you?
- Must have previous call center experience with a proven ability to handle a high volume of calls
- A quick thinker with a strong sense of urgency and problem solving
- Excellent verbal communication with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Transportation industry experience is nice to have

What will you be doing?
- Answering up to 85 calls in any given shift
- Provide information to dispatchers regarding emergency breakdown of trucks
- Provide approval on repairs
- Passion for customer service and a genuine approach to helping customers
