Customer Service Representative - Oakville

Are you looking to join a dynamic customer service team? Do you enjoy teamwork and love delivering a high level of customer service? Then we would love to talk to you! We are currently hiring for a permanent customer service role in the Oakville area. In thi role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, processing orders through phone and email as well as organizing workflow to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded!

- Assist sales teams by providing product information such as quantity, order status and price to new and existing customers.
- Process all orders that get placed through email, phone or fax in the ERP system
- Work in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that customers orders get placed and processed as soon as possible.
- Accurately document calls from customers to ensure that notes are kept up to date.
- Drive improvements by finding efficiencies with day to day tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service through communication and follow ups
- Be open to helping other departments when big projects arise.

- Annual salary of $40,000-$45,000
- Flexible office hours Monday to Friday, 3 shifts to chose from between 7:30am and 5:00pm
- Great friendly and outgoing team environment!
- Easy access to the 403 located close to the Burlington/Oakville border
- 2 weeks vacation and benefits are provided in the role

- Proven experience in a cradle to grave customer service role would be an asset in this role
- Past experience working for a manufacturing or distribution company a requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and jump to assist other departments when required
- Minimum of 3 years working in a customer service role will be a strong asset in this position.
