Responsibilities
- Customer service support
- Phone coverage for the customer service team
- Occasional greeting of customers in person
- Tracking and creating some documents in MS Office
- Some usage of SAP
- Covering other duties in the office as required
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent customer service etiquette and professional appearance
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Post-secondary education
- CET is an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
