A very well known international company in the construction supply industry is looking for a customer service coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis!

As customer service representative, your job entails the following:

- Manage specific accounts and build relationships to provide exceptional service!
- Work directly with sales representatives
- Responding to client requests, enter orders into the system
- Collaborate with planning and inventory to ensure products are ready when the clients need them
- Verify each order to ensure information is accurate and complete
- Proactively follow-up on orders to ensure delivery dates are met
- Respond to inbound calls to help customers with order status, pricing information, document requests, etc.
- Process credit card payments when applicable

Qualifications
Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, must be a team player!
- Strong communication, spoken and written
- Organized and ability to manage your time
- 1 to 2 years of previous in-bound customer service experience
- Bilingualism – French and English is a must
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a strong asset
- Good knowledge of MS office, excel, word
