Location: St-Hubert

Salary: 45-55k depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time

Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and determine their needs
- Enter customer orders from the Profit Center
- Account for and manage warranty files
- Support counter sales and outside sales activities
- Resolve problems with customer orders
- Process customer returns
- Sort and file documents
- Handle daily purchases and office supplies
- All other administrative and related duties
Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Good team player
- Strong planning skills
- Positive, results-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly
