- Answer phone and email inquiries
- Handle customer requests and answer their questions
- Make the necessary calculations to offer the right product to customers
- Make changes to orders when necessary
- Manage the transportation (but not the logistics) of orders
- Make claims
- Track the status of orders
- Any other related tasks
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- DES
- Curious
- Self-motivated
- Likes to learn
- Fluently bilingual (70% of calls in English)
- Comfortable working with multiple platforms/software simultaneously
