Responsibilities
The tasks of the customer service representative in Saint-Jérôme:
- Management of customer calls and their requests for information
- Enter customer orders into the internal system
- Make follow-up calls to active and inactive customers
- Offer promotional products to customers
- Analyze sales and equipment reports to participate in sales growth
- Negotiate prices, make quotes and maintain customer relations
- Perform administrative tasks related to the position.
Qualifications
- Excellent sense of customer service
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Intermediate English
- Good sense of priorities
- Good team player
- Autonomy
