Position: Customer service representative
Location: St-Jérome (in person)
Salary: 19 to 21$/hr
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll be expected to accomplish in a typical day:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Receive customer calls and enter their requests (technical and billing) into the system.
- Record customer complaints in their file and forward the report to the manager.
- Solicit existing customers and propose products and services.
- Negotiate prices and use internal tools to build customer loyalty.
- Route accounts in collection to loan officers.
- Analyze accounts receivable requesting refunds.
- Make payments and refunds of invoices.
- Perform all other related tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.).
Qualifications
Skills required for this position:
- Experience in face-to-face or telephone customer service in a customer contact center
- Spoken and written French is essential, English is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to communicate over the phone.
