Permanent position
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities
Daily duties of this position:
- Responds to all consumer and retailer inquiries and questions via inbound calls, email and chat.
- Communicates with management and recommends solutions to recurring issues.
- Communicates with customers for follow-ups on orders
- Provide options to customers to minimize returns and lost sales
- Receives and enters customer orders, verifies information (date, address, price, products, etc.) and confirms a schedule to customers.
- Participates in various improvement and training projects
Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position:
- Bilingualism essential, both spoken and written (French and English)
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of an ERP and ticketing system (Freshdesk, Zendesk) an asset
- Knowledge of a Windows environment, Microsoft Office (Excel an asset)
- Comfortable working in a changing SME environment
- Creative, solution oriented
- Enjoy working in collaboration with different departments
