Responsibilities
- Provide support to prospective customers via phone, email and web chat
- Gather information and prequalify potential sales leads
- Disseminate call information to appropriate salesperson or department
- Inbound for now. And potentially some outbound in the future (less than 15%)
- Log, track, and communicate details to customers
- Follow up with leads and record sales results
- Participate in both branch and corporate training activities
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word experience
• Experience in customer service
• Post secondary studies are an asset
• Demonstrated excellent follow up skills
• Excellent communication
• The ability to work in a team
• Ability to set priorities
