Qualifications
In order to be considered for the position of Customer Service Representative, you must meet the following qualifications
- A high school diploma or college certificate
- Experience in customer service
- Be fluently bilingual
- Experience in retail, call center or travel industry
- A strong desire to learn (2 weeks of virtual training offered to learn the position)
