Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work for a well known financial company in the North York, Toronto area.

This is a permanent, full time role with room for growth with a well known financial company. To find out more, read below.

Job Type: Permanent
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm (Must be available 1 Saturday a month)
Salary: 40k-45k (Based on Expeiernece)
Location: North York (Leslie & Sheppard Ave)
Free Parking
TTC and Highway Accessible
Full Benefits after 3 months
Vacation (2 weeks) + 5 Sick Days + 3 Personal ays
Quarterly Bonus structure
Annual salary review

Job duties of a Customer Service Representative are, but not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls from customers looking to inquire about bankruptcy
- Screen and understand customers situations and assess the companies best service
- Schedule appointment with Debt Solutions Managers with the customers
- Manage multiple calendars and use judgement when scheduled appointments
- Some admin tasks such as, data entry, outbound calls to remind customers of appointments, rescheduling appointments, respond to emails
- Provide top notch service with every customer
- Take every call from an empathetic point of view, being compassionate

Qualifications
- Min 2 years Call Center/ Customer Service experience
- College Diploma
- Clear English Communication, both Oral and Written
- Empathetic and compassionate, ability to deal with sensitive, personal matters
- Team player
- Customer focused
- Experience in the financial industry is an asset
