-Providing exceptional customer service in a B2B setting
-Warranty support (Returns / Replacements)
-Order processing using ERP system
-Reviewing orders to ensure accuracy
-Dispatching order for distribution centers (USA & Canada)
Qualifications
-3+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing or distribution
-Experience with inside sales would be nice to have
-Exceptional verbal and written communication
-Experience with ERP system is mandatory
-Experience with Microsoft Nav / Dynamics is a strong asset
-Experience with order processing and management
-Good time management skills & very detail oriented
