- order follow ups/ order management
- working closely with and supporting sales representatives
- generating quotes
- coordination between departments
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in customer service and/or sales support
- sales experience is a plus!
- Order management experience is an asset
- ERP or CRM experience is an asset
- Problem-solving, quick thinker
- Able to work well on a team
