Our client in the international transport industry is seeking a motivated, dynamic and experienced customer care agent for the offices in Downtown Montreal.

As a customer service representative (CSR) you will be responsible for:

- Handling customer inquiries, inform about promotions, materials to explain features about goods or services
- Provide technical support and assist them on the application process, product use, and other guidance with high levels of customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries thought multiple channels (email, web, and telephone)
- Providing excellent service in a timely manner, finding solutions related to the contracted products and services

What are we looking for?

- Corporate experience in a call center environment - between 3 and 5 years of experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
- Speaks English - Spanish ( fluent)
- Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Prior work experience in travel agency or tourism sector preferred
