Responsibilities
- Responsible for the group of customers supporting all services (container, LTL FTL, sufferance, general warehouse)
- Providing delivery status and On Time performance review and updates for clients
- Booking appointments for all dedicated services and coordinating with internal departments, outside warehouses, dispatch and logistics team to move freight in a timely manner
- Daily web and Excel reporting
- Coordinate with the inventory team regarding active orders
- Invoicing and customer advisory for waiting time/detention
- All related tasks
Qualifications
- +1 year experience in a similar position, working in a transport company is preferred
- Demonstrate a high level of patience
- Multitasking capabilities
- Professionalism and Good organizational skills
- Able to find efficient solution to resolve issues quickly
- Customers & Results oriented
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Bilingual (French & English)
