Here are some of the tasks you'll be called upon to do for this bilingual customer service agent position:

-Answering incoming calls from customers or potential customers, answering emails, chat and text messages from customers or potential customers,
- Have a good understanding of the needs of clients in relation to their financial situation and be able to analyze the formula that would be best for them.
- Be able to transfer certain calls to the right departments,
- Use the Salesforce program to document calls,
- All other customer service-related tasks

Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this customer service agent position located in downtown Montreal?

- Be perfectly bilingual in both French and English (oral and written)
- Have a high school diploma
- Being comfortable with the Office suite
- Have 2 or more years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Be available on weekdays for a schedule from 8 to 5 pm or 10 to 6 pm.
