• Join a company with an international influence in the plastics industry.
• Flexible office hours from Monday to Friday, i.e. 37.5 hours.
• Salary between $45K - $50K.
• On-site parking.
• Permanent position.
• 3 weeks of vacation.
• Group RRSP.
• Group insurance.
Responsibilities
• Assist the planner
• Process customer requests over the phone and by email.
• Data entry into the computer system.
• Track between stocks until delivery.
• In charge of order placement.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience of 2 years in customer service.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
• Have a sense of relationship.
• Good command of computer tools.
• Interest in a Buyer Planner position
• Possibility of evolution.
