Our client is looking for someone who can listen to our customers, understand their needs and respond with the appropriate service or product offering, while creating quality showroom and service-lane traffic and has good communication skills.


• Manage incoming internet, chat and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
• Set appointments, Sales or Service
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
• Accurately document and update records in required systems.
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand all programs, systems, and procedures.
• Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls.
• Provide feedback to management concerning potential problems or areas in need of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

· excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and concise speaking abilities.
· university or college degree in business, administrative studies or any other related degree
· 1 + years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
· computer savvy and ability to be trained and become proficient with various software applications
· able to prepare professional proposal and explain products
· amazing customer service skills
· able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
· strong attention to detail
· self-starter with the ability to work independently with very little supervision.
· intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
