Customer Supply Planner in Burlington!

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with a Supply Chain background for our client in the Burlington area. The tasks of the position will include product and order planning, shipping of products and follow up, invoicing, order placement and management, consignment reconciliation, inventory management, and dealing with vendors and clients worldwide.

Experience in planning and/or supply chain would be a very strong asset.

Job Duties:

-Order planning and customer product need analysis (order planning for a minimum of 6 months in advance)
-Preparation of order planning report, forecasting customer needs,
-Customer and order management from start to finish
-Supporting clients within North America over phone and email
-Partnering with outside sales to ensure products are delivered on time and all client needs are met
-Coordinating with transportation, manufacturing, engineering, accounting, customers and sales to ensure orders are managed on time and successfully
-Inventory management and arranging transportation of products
-Working with international shipments (ex. China, Austria)

Qualifications
-3-5 + years of experience working within a Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Customer Service
-Must have excellent communication and organization skills
-Must be an analytical and logical thinker
-Experience with SAP is an asset
-Bilingual (French, Spanish or German) is a strong asset
-Intermediate skills in Excel
